Support conservation in the Great Lakes Region with a subscription to The North Woods Call

You can become part of The North Woods Call community by subscribing to receive the publication (via e-mail or snail mail) and joining the ongoing discussion.

For e-mail subscribersm you can get one year of The Call for only $35, or two years for just $60.

If you're feeling retro, you can add $20 per year to your e-mail subscription, or $35 for two years (for a total of $55 per year or $95 for two years), and receive a printed copy delivered to your postal mailbox (see below).

By becoming a subscriber, you'll get more conservation-related news and information that matters to you than you'll find anywhere else.

And you'll be supporting the protection and preservation of our natural resources.

Best of all, you'll connect with like-minded individuals who want to hear your ideas and share theirs.

About printing & mailing The North Woods Call

We like the classic design and layout of the old North Woods Call, too, and would prefer to hold a hard copy in our hands. Unfortunately, the rapidly escalating costs of printing and mailing -- not to mention the public stampede toward all things digital -- make this less practical going forward.

We fully understand if you prefer to have the newspaper arrive in your mailbox, but returning to that old model will require a significant increase in subscription costs for those who want it (see below).

Given sufficient demand and revenue to support it, however, we will resurrect the printed version. It's up to you.
